This weekend I went hiking with my Mom and Dad to Forest Park. Forest Park is the largest wooded city park in the United States. It runs right next to downtown Portland. Because it is so huge, we just hiked a bit of it, but I had a lot of fun seeing all that we hiked.
I get excited whenever I get dirt on my hands (keep in mind that my back yard is made of plastic) so here I am showing them off.
Yes, I realize it seems I take my trains everywhere.
I was really into the all the cool leaves, rocks, etc. on the path and preferred sitting on the ground to get a closer look.
The pretty leaves got me all excited for fall to be coming soon!
